Keep your eye on cooldowns, combo points and never let the energy to the maximum. Potion of Speed Stealth. Mutilate use it twice if needed to get 4 or 5 combo points Because you have all your trinkets and abilities on proc at start.
Envenom This is basicly all what you do from start to the end of the fight. Envenom This basicly all what you do from start to the end of the fight. Trinket 3- Mark of Norgannon really good on some fights as well, but you need to regem or carry with you 2 parts of the same gear with ap instead of exp gems. Since I was already there I ran a set with your proposed BiS list to see what the difference was. To make it somewhat consistent I ran with 2 million damage intervals, self bleeding, and absolutely zero external buffs.
I assumed that as per chemical titration, 4 attempts at testing were sufficient. Here are the results:. Discussion: I had a feeling in the back of my head that using two would be better, but never tested it. Now that I have it seems to be yielding better results. Our 2nd rogue managed to get his hands on two of these bad boys and has greatly improved his DPS. Conclusion: Have any rogues parsed 8k on Patch? Not quite. However, in the same raid you manage to do less on other bosses than us.
Excuses aside, if you want somebody to accept your results as valid, consistency is vital. I am also quite sure that the numbers above, as well as in our logs, will not convince you of anything.
How could they? When I ignored all-so-important secondary stats… Feel free to test it yourselves. As far as I am concerned, my input here has concluded. Poweraura Will update soon… I suggest to download poweraura addon so you can track your skills. I will upload the codes when I can. This is a guide for maximum dps. Originally Posted by taralej. One of the favorite tools of the assassin is a pair of daggers coated with vicious poisons. Then the toxins set about their business. For Rogues, no specialization describes itself better than Assassination, which also remains closely aligned with its existing fantasy. First, this is now the only Rogue spec with access to poisons and bleeds, making much of your damage a little more delayed, but nonetheless massive.
In addition, Venomous Wounds triggers based on a combination of bleeds and poisons now to accentuate that gameplay. Assassination is home to the most volatile combo-building. I appreciate all your responses as they have truly helped me. Especially the guides. Gotta love them guides man. All times are GMT. The time now is AM.
Post by besaba In PvE both are good. In PvP Combat suckass Post by frago If he is new , which it sounds like he may be. Mutilate is pretty awful if you are running 5 man heroics attempting to gear up. The ramp up time is a killer and you will be lucky to get hfb and snd up and an envenom before stuff dies.
Plus if you are trying to stealth toward mobs for overkill and to use garrote you will be left behind. In the long run I would think that Combat is better until raids.
Just mash buttons and you do better than someone trying to set mutilate up. Post by ZachUSAman for multiple mobs
