Can you play fortresscraft offline

Different genre but same 3 character types. The fortresscraft creator isn't being sued because he wrote the code from scratch and it's in a different language. I've honestly never tried minecraft but a kid in my Middle-Eastern History class in college played it every day lol.

Quick question can you tell the difference between similarities and an exact ripoff? So with that said embrace the fotresscraft. It's not even on the same system as minecraft so it isn't a real threat I think.
